We had a great time with Toby and Simon (and Susan and Anita).  We went to the Exploratorium and Dolores Park and celebrated Lilia's birthday.  Thanks for visiting!

Lilia is 3!

At 3 Lilia is still quite a comedian.  We first noticed her sense of humor when she was less than a year old and did a trick of falling backwards while lying on a bed and waited for our reaction.  She seemed to have a good comic timing at that point and this has not changed.  She of course loves playing with her big sister and is starting to have a few friends of her own (she's never had much trouble making herself one of the gang with Zoe's friends).  She can often be naughty and likes to taunt Zoe a lot.  She is a good big sister to Lev though sometimes she goes a little overboard smothering him with hugs.  She loves climbing at the playground and loves rock walls.  Lately her favorite thing to do is to play with small figures -especially the Peppa Pig toys that we bought in England several years ago.  She also loves to swim and recently mastered swimming short distances on her own.

Lilia had her first swimming class with no mom in the pool.  She loved it!

a hole lot of summer fun

We had a hole lot of fun this summer in Jackson Hole.  We did a lot of swimming, saw some friends, rode the gondola up to the top of the mountain for drinks and spent a lot of time outdoors.  Zoe went horse back riding and did the bungee jump.  The best part is that we'll be back soon since there is now a direct flight from SF!
